  • 1. Wholesale Order

    • Save 25% on orders over 10pc / style.
    •  Most single colours are in-stock and shipping next day.
    •  Many combo colours are in-stock and shipping next day.
    •  Custom colours can be manufactured and delivered to you within 4-8 weeks.

  • To get started:

    1. Choose your Colours.
    2. Choose your Styles. 
    3. Confirm the quantity: Orders can be as low as 10 units, or enough to fill the entire Centre - whatever suits your needs best.

More About Fundraising

  • No Risk Fundraising Orders

    • We return 20% of sales value from all orders placed* by your Team/Club.
    • No order minimums.
    • Team Members pre-pay for their personal selections.
    • Orders placed via Order Forms, +/or our Online Store with a unique Fundraising Code.
    • We often refer to these orders as "pre-orders", as they're pre-paid.

  • OPTION 1: Manual: Order Forms

    Collect orders at the Club on our provided Order Forms:

    1. Print + distribute the forms.
    2. Collect the orders, scan and email them back to us.
    3. We'll invoice you with the total amount (minus your 20%) and then pick and pack your orders.
    4. Combine with Online orders for maximum success!

  • OPTION 2: Online: Order on our Site

    • We add a page for your Club to our Online Store, and supply a fundraising code and link.
    • Your team members purchase online, paying securely with PayPal, AfterPay, Credit or Debit Cards, or Bank Deposit.
    • Shipping is $10.60, or $14.10 Express.
    • We can offer Free Delivery to your Club (shipping fee covered by your fundraising earnings).
    • We send 20% back to you from all sales made through your code. This is processed at the end of the school term. 

Our Guarantee

When you work with School Ponytails, you're working with a registered company, that's fully insured. Our Distribution Centre is located in Western Australia and ships nationally, daily.

If there's ever a faulty product in your delivery, we guarantee we'll make it right. It doesn't happen often, but we always fix it!

There is never a locked in contract with School Ponytails.
We want to keep the lives of your volunteers as simple as possible. Our fundraisers are simple, and don't need to be over-complicated
